These terms apply to CourseBud, a service that helps authors convert book material into hosted online courses. By creating an account, uploading content, ordering setup work, subscribing to a hosting plan, or otherwise using CourseBud, you agree to these CourseBud terms and to the Archieboy Holdings, LLC master terms.
The master terms are part of this agreement and are available at archieboy.com/disclaimer--terms-and-conditions.html.
You must own or have permission to use the manuscript, images, lessons, branding, and other materials you upload. You keep ownership of your content, and you give CourseBud permission to process, structure, host, display, and deliver that content as needed to provide the service.
CourseBud may use automated tools and human review to create course outlines, lessons, quizzes, slides, and course pages. You are responsible for reviewing the final course for accuracy, rights, legal compliance, and suitability before publishing or selling it.
Setup fees, subscription fees, and any other paid services are billed through the payment flow shown at purchase. Subscription access, hosted courses, and account features may change if a subscription is cancelled, expires, fails payment, or violates these terms.
CourseBud does not guarantee course sales, enrollments, student outcomes, platform placement, search ranking, or business results.
